IPL 2021 Points table and other Details

 The phase 2 of 14th edition of IPL is going to  start on 19 September 2021 and finals will be played on 15th October in UAE. IPL 2021 was kicked off on April 9 was slated to end on May 30 but the rise in COVID-19 cases in the bio-bubbles forced the tournament to be called off on May 4. Later, in the month, BCCI announced that the remainder of the tournament will take place in UAE, the venue which had hosted the entire 13th edition of the mega event last year.

 BCCI, now has started its preparations to host the remaining 31 matches. All the matches will be completed in a window of 25 days. The matches are going to be played in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai just like the last year's IPL. The franchises have already started exploring the logistic challenges talk with UAE hotels.

 The race for the orange cap and purple cap will start off again where we will see great innings by batsmen and great bowling performances. Shikhar Dhawan leads the top scorer list by scoring 380 runs in 8 innings with an average of 54.28 simultaneously Harshal Patel leads the highest wicket-taker list by taking 17 wickets in just 7 games. There will be more exciting performances that we will see in the second leg of the IPL.

According to points table we can see that DC, CSK, RCB, and MI are in a comfortable situation and we saw all these 4 teams playing well in the starting of the tournament. SRH and KKR are in a difficult situation and to make a road for the qualification they have to win almost every match.
